Live Animals: All ads must show a photo of the animal for sale. Please do not use a photo representing the animal. Descriptions must be accurate, and all animals posted must be healthy, and legally able to be sold to the intended buyer.

For ALL Classifieds postings: You, as the content poster, take sole responsibility for ensuring that your item/animal can be legally sold. RCCA explicitly prohibits the sale under the following conditions:

• Sales of live animals to minors.

• Front fanged venomous snakes. Rear-fang venomous snakes are not considered "harmless" by a reasonable person's (our) standard.

• Animals in poor health.

• Misrepresented animals.

• Sales of animals to persons unqualified to own such animals.

• Consumer product recalled items.

• Donation requests/monetary solicitations.

• Animal Drugs: illegal, prescription and non-prescription drugs, drug paraphernalia and services.

• Any products which are unauthorized for distribution as per Health Canada.

• Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes, on-line survey solicitation or ads that send traffic to another website.

• Website or web address solicitations.

• Postings of items or animals for a person other than yourself.

RCCA reserves the right to delete at our discretion any postings which are not clear on the item or animal being sold or service being offered or any duplicate or similar postings in one category.

If the seller drops off the animals at any of our ProPak! Centres, the funds will be released immediately to them upon verification of the animals by one of our representatives. If the seller is not local to any of our ProPak! Centres, the funds would be released to them, once the consignee has confirmed verification of the animals to be what they were sold as upon delivery.

*Service Cost: $15
*The buyer would pay Reptile Express the value of the animals’ as well as the shipping cost;
*Once the seller ships to the buyer and the species; morph and quantities are correct, we will release the funds to the seller;
*We are NOT responsible for the sex or health of the animals when it comes to releasing funds to the seller as it would be hard to confirm;
*Buyer however has the option of returning the animal(s) back to the seller if sex/health weren’t met, with an additional shipping cost. Once the seller has received the animals, we would release the funds back to the buyer (minus the shipping fees)
