Comes with: 12 wood constructed racks with a capacity for 150 bins of rodents. Each rack is equipped with a gravity water system and bins. Also included are extra bins, and spare parts for the water systems, extra water line, drinking valves, and tank and tee connectors.
Business also comes with a healthy genetically diverse population of domesticated rats and mice and a freezer. You will also be able to take over administration of my Facebook page “Up Island Rats” with over 100 followers of regular customers.
I have never advertised for this business, as I wanted to keep it as a small side business. All sales have come from word of mouth. With marketing it has the potential for greater growth.
