All animals are established on FT rats and or mice unless otherwise stated.

Immediately upon receipt of an animal you are accepting full responsibility and duty of care for that animal/animals. we are not responsible for any accidents or negligence after you assume care of an animal.

All animals are subject to live arrival and a 7 day health guarantee. If you do not contact us with concerns immediately within 7 days of receiving an animal, or we deem you to be directly responsible for any illness, injury, or death sustained by an animal we assume no liability.
